I'm David — operations and digital transformation leader, based in Portugal.
For the last decade I've worked at the seams of complex systems: Siri QA at Apple, ICT4D across 20+ countries with the Asian Development Bank, workforce operations for 400+ staff at Shell Philippines, and AI platform & product operations for a 1M+ user product at Flexibits. Today I lead €20M+ digital transformation programs across Portuguese public infrastructure.
On the side, I build. Bridge Bank and Klartion are two bootstrapped fintech SaaS products integrating Open Banking (PSD2) with personal finance — built end-to-end and now serving paying customers across Europe.
